All sales are final. JMS does not offer warranties on any products, including manufactured or rebuilt embalming machines. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all items upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a shipping or fulfillment concern. JMS is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery.

JMS ships domestically and internationally where customs allow. Shipping costs, timelines, and customs requirements vary by destination. JMS is not responsible for delays, fees, or complications arising from international customs. The buyer assumes all responsibility for import compliance in their country or state.

For equipment shipped to JMS for repair or rebuild, the customer assumes all shipping costs and risk of loss or damage in transit. JMS strongly recommends following our packaging video instructions prior to shipping. JMS will assess all equipment upon arrival and contact the customer before proceeding with any repair work. Repair timelines vary based on workload and parts availability.

Trade embalming and removal services are provided to licensed funeral homes only. By engaging these services, the contracting funeral home retains full legal responsibility for the decedent and all related documentation, permits, and compliance requirements. JMS acts as a contractor on behalf of the funeral home and does not assume legal custody of the decedent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, the purchase or use of our products, or the provision of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

JMS reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity that cannot demonstrate proper licensure or that we reasonably believe is not a licensed funeral professional. Any order placed by an unlicensed individual will be cancelled and refunded.

JMS assumes no liability for the improper use, handling, or application of any product or service by unlicensed individuals, or for use in violation of applicable state or federal regulations. The purchaser or contracting party assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws.
